Easy access to the front of your truck bed!

The advanced features of the Deuce tonneau cover keep your bed cover taut and secure while protecting your valuable cargo with fully sealed sides and corners. Additionally, the Deuce is the only truck bed cover with a unique hinged front that allow you to easily and quickly access items in the front of your truck bed.

  • Front hinged section allows for easy access to toolboxes and cargo at the front of the bed. Securing automatically when latched at the rear, this cover provides added security when used with a locking tailgate. The hinged portion also has a locking mechanism. When the latch at the front of the bed is secured, the latch can only be unlocked by rolling the cover all the way open and releasing the locking mechanism.


  • Flat, low-profile bed cover is made with industrial strength vinyl fabric that is very high quality and has been tested in extreme conditions. It is UV-protected and will not fade in the sun. It also expands slightly in cold weather, so it is very easy to operate, even at 40° below zero! Cover will also support up to 350 lbs of snow or other heavy weight without bending or stretching. Available in five different colors.



  • Patented spring tensioner self-adjusts to keep the cover tight. After you initially set the tension, two spring loaded steel plungers at the front of the bed maintain constant tension on the front header, allowing the cover to stay tight in any weather, whether it is -40° or 120° above zero.



  • Typically, the TruXedo Deuce can be installed in 40 minutes. It requires a 9/16" wrench to tighten the 6 clamps that attach the side rails to the inside of the truck bed. You will also need a 1/2" box end wrench and 1/2" socket.

    • The vinyl fabric on your tonneau cover can be cleaned with mild soap and water, and may be hand washed or safely cleaned in the car wash of your choice, and can be treated with any vinyl protectants made for tonneau covers. Never clean cover with petroleum or citrus-based products, and avoid silicone based protectants.

    The unique inside mount design of the TruXedo Deuce rails enables you to accessorize with most bed rails, bed liners, and rail caps. Can also be used with 5th wheel hitches. Simply roll the cover all the way open and secure with security straps at the front of the bed, which allows you full access to your 5th wheel.

    The Deuce can also be used with most bed extenders, but in order to use the bed extender, since the side rails of the cover extend 3” into the bed on each side, it must not come within 3” of the side of the bed when rotated, or it must be able to detach from the truck, be manually rotated and re-attached.

    The Deuce will not work with in-bed utility track systems, but may work with some in-box toolboxes and cargo management systems. The top of the toolbox or cargo management system must be 1/2" below the top of the pickup bed. The toolbox length must also be a minimum of 7" shorter than the width of the inside front of the pickup bed. Subtracting 7" allows the toolbox to be opened when the cover is rolled completely open. When the cover is flipped open, the length of the opening from the front of the bed to the hinge is 26". The toolbox should be spaced 3-4" away from the front of the pickup bed so it does not interfere with the latch.
